We will continue reading and discussing Pax Romana: War, Peace and Conquest in the Roman World (Adrian Goldsworthy). 

For this session we will finishing the book.

We are going back in time, to the 1st & 2nd centuries. We will be reading about the Roman Empire at its height, enjoying peace and prosperity. However, I think it safe to say it is not a book full of warm and fuzzy events. If you have read a few history books you likely know "peace" does not mean the same thing to everyone at all times!
