Philosophy Study Group
Organizer: Curt Hillstrom
Date: Dec 02, 2020
Time: 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Location: via Zoom
For this meeting we have chosen a book that was very popular some years ago and has managed to retain its popularity. The book is Why Bad Things Happen to Good People (1981) by Harold Kushner, in which the author, a Jewish rabbi, tackles the problem of evil.
This book should be widely available, new or used, at less than $15. An ebook costs about $12. You are welcome to join this discussion even if nothing bad has ever happened to you. As a matter of fact, if that is the case, we are especially interested in meeting you.
